Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vasset.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including product owners, interested visitors, and anyone who expresses interest through the platform.

2. About vasset.ng

vasset.ng is operated by Vasset Global Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. We provide a marketplace for buying and selling virtual assets including software products, SaaS applications, digital content, courses, templates, and APIs.

3. User Accounts

Only product owners are required to register an account on vasset.ng. Registration allows owners to list and manage their virtual assets on the platform. Visitors who are interested in a listed product do not need to register — they may express interest directly through the listing page without creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Owner Obligations

Owners must ensure that all listed products are their original work or they have the right to sell them. Products must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property. Vasset Global Limited reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

5. Payments & Platform Commission

Vasset.ng is a platform for product owners to list their virtual assets and for interested visitors to express interest. When a visitor expresses interest in a listing, the owner is notified. If the owner agrees to engage, a meeting or further communication may be arranged between the two parties. All due diligence, negotiations, legal processes, and transactions are conducted directly between the parties and entirely outside the Vasset.ng platform. Vasset.ng does not handle, process, or guarantee any payments, investments, or agreements.

Platform Commission:

Vasset Global Limited is entitled to 10% of the total transaction value on every deal facilitated through the platform.

Commission based on active listing period: The platform commission applies for the entire duration that a product listing is active on Vasset.ng. Any transaction, agreement, or deal — regardless of when it closes — that involves a party who expressed interest or made contact during the active listing period is subject to this commission. By listing on Vasset.ng, owners agree that any interested party who reaches out during the active period is assumed to have originated from the platform, and Vasset Global Limited is entitled to its commission accordingly.

Circumvention & Exit Policy: If an owner wishes to transact through another platform or independent means, they must formally request the deletion of their Vasset.ng profile and all associated listings at least one (1) month in advance. During this one-month notice period, and throughout any prior active listing period, Vasset.ng retains full entitlement to its commission on any deal that originated or was initiated through the platform. Attempting to circumvent the platform commission by delisting, deactivating, or transacting outside the platform without following this exit process constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use vasset.ng to list stolen, pirated, or fraudulent products; engage in money laundering; harass other users; or violate any applicable Nigerian law including the Cybercrimes Act 2015.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vasset Global Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of any listed product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
