Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vasset.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. About vasset.ng

vasset.ng is operated by Vasset Global Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. We provide a marketplace for buying and selling virtual assets including software products, SaaS applications, digital content, courses, templates, and APIs.

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to buy or sell on vasset.ng. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must ensure that all listed products are their original work or they have the right to sell them. Products must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property. Vasset Global Limited reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

5. Payments & Platform Commission

All transactions on vasset.ng are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

Platform Commission:

Vasset Global Limited is entitled to 10% of the total transaction value on every deal facilitated through the platform. This commission is split as follows:

• 5% charged to the Buyer — added to the agreed purchase price as a platform facilitation fee.
• 5% charged to the Seller — deducted from the seller's payout as a listing and facilitation fee.

This commission applies to all successful transactions including outright sales, equity deals, partnership arrangements, and any other commercial agreements facilitated through vasset.ng. By using the platform, both buyers and sellers expressly agree to this commission structure.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use vasset.ng to list stolen, pirated, or fraudulent products; engage in money laundering; harass other users; or violate any applicable Nigerian law including the Cybercrimes Act 2015.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vasset Global Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of any listed product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
